FAQ – Poker VIP Program at Betsharks Poker

Q. How do I join the Betsharks Poker VIP program?
A. You do not have to do anything to join our program, just do what you love, play poker. As you play you will earn frequent player points (FPPs). The amount of FPPs you earn in a month will determine your VIP status.

Q. Is the VIP loyalty program only available for new players?
A. Not at all. Any player who plays and reaches the relative number of FPPs will receive an invitation informing them of their VIP status. All players start off with the Bronze status.

Q. How do I earn FPPs?
A. Just play on our ring games and on tournaments. You’ll earn FPPs by playing at any real money cash game table or by buying into any real money tournament (MTT and SnG). In cash games, every time a flop is seen FPP points are earned if you are involved in the hand. You’ll earn 1 FPP point for every 10 cents of rake you contribute. For tournaments, you’ll receive 1 FPP point for every 20 cents that you pay in tournament fee.

Q. Can I combine my FPPs with another player on Betsharks Poker?
A. Your VIP status is only based on the FPPs earned by each individual player and you cannot combine yours with any other player to achieve a higher VIP status.

Q. If I don’t use my FPPs, will I be able to use them later?
A. If you don’t use your FPPs, the FPPs will continue to accumulate as long as you stay active at Betsharks Poker.

Q. What determines my VIP status?
