Setup and installation

How do I download Betsharks software and run the setup?

Using Internet Explorer and Windows

1. Click the play now button or the Download Button.
2. A Window will pop-up as given below, then Click on Run

Using FireFox and Windows

1. Click the play now button or the Download Button.

1. Select Save file. The file will download and appear in the Firefox Download tab

2. Right Click on the Downloaded File. You then select OK in the open Executable File? Tab

This option may not appear if have selected “Don’t ask me again “before

3. Select Run

Using Chrome and Windows

1. Click the play now button or the Download Button.

2. On the download tab select Save

3. Once the software exe downloads it will show up as a tab.

4. Click on the downloaded tab to run the setup.

I have downloaded the software how do I install the Betsharks software on my computer?

Step 1.  When you get this Welcome screen click on Next.

Step 2.  Please DO NOT change the Desktop settings, click on Next.

Step 3. Please DO NOT change the Destination Folder, click on Next.

Step 4. Please DO NOT change the Start Menu shortcut settings, click on Install.

Step 5. Once the Process is Complete click on Next

Step 6. The final step is to make sure the Run Betsharks  check box is ticked and then click on Finish

Step 7. Once the installation is finished, you can find our Betsharks icon on your desktop. Double-click the icon to start the Betsharks card room.

What are the System Requirements?

We Recommend the following Configurations

- PC with at least 1 GHz CPU and 512MB RAM.
- 3D-graphics card with at least 64 MB memory.
- Microsoft Windows XP or Vista.
- 20 MB available on your hard drive.
- Microsoft DirectX 9

How do I reinstall theBetsharks software?

Step 1. Simply download theBetsharks software and run the setup file again. If the software is already installed on your computer you will be asked if you want to uninstall it. Select “Yes”

Step 2. Click on Next to continue.

Step 3. DO NOT change the path.

Step 4. Once the process is complete click on Next.

Step 5. After Betsharks is uninstalled click on finish.

Step 6. Continue with the normal Setup of Betsharks. (refer to question2 )

Game Settings

How do I turn the pop-up table setting off?

Step 1. To turn off the pop-up table settings. First go to Options in the Lobby and then click on Settings.

Step 2. You will get a pop-up window like below containing your Game as well as Sound Settings. The first option under the Game Settings allows you to turn the pop-up table off/on.

How do I edit my sound setting?

Step 1. Click on the Options tab, then click on Settings.

Step 2. After the Settings window opens, under Sound you will find horizontal scroll bars. The first bar controls the Master Volume which, if turned off, turns all sounds off.

Step 3. The Second horizontal scroll bar controls the Music Volume turning this off would turn off the background music.

Step 4. With the next bar you can change the Ambience Volume according to your preference.

Step 5. The Effect Volume scroll bar controls the volume of the special effects in the game, to enhance the realistic.

Player Stats

How do I check my play stats?

Step1. To check your play stats go to Lobby then click on Statistics.

Step 2. Another window containing all your statistics will open giving you a detailed report of your Win/Loss Patterns, Betting Patterns and Overall standings.

Hand History

What is hand history?

A hand history is a record of the action in an online poker hand. These records are generated by the Betsharks software.

Can I view my hand history?

Yes, it is possible for you to view your hand history by merely following these steps.

Step 1. Click on the Lobby tab, then, click on Hand History to view your past hands.

Step 2. After clicking on Hand History a window will pop-up displaying all the previous hand histories you’ve played. Click on the Table of which you wish to view.

Customer Service hasn't responded. What should I do?
